EXTERIOR HOME WATCH INSPECTION
A typical inspection includes the property perimeter including outbuildings.
We look for any damage, vandalism, or theft issues. We remove and place inside the house: mail, advertising, service receipts etc.
Experienced Home Watch
We look for downed trees or branches and confirm yard maintenance is satisfactory.
We check the pool for water level, clarity, and pump status.
We perform a visual check of the lanai, pool, deck area, screen enclosure, furniture, BBQ, outdoor fixtures, outside plumbing, A/C equipment, and look for pest control issues.
Complete Visual Exam
We complete a visual inspection of roof and gutters from ground level, check exterior lighting including porch, garage, motion detector to confirm they are operational.
We will start and run vehicles and provide additional services at the homeowner’s request.
The highest level of security is maintained for all homeowner information including alarm codes, passwords, gate codes, and even addresses.
